Welcome to the Black Pearl restaurant and bar. Located in Mandinari River Lodge this is an ongoing project which is now open.
Offering views of the whole site and the mangrove waterways, it is a lovely place to sit and relax with a beer or two enjoying your evening meal whilst gazing at Banjul in the distance.
With the Restaurant located on the River side it naturally lends itself to SEA FOOD.
All produce are locally sourced and we even have our own fishing boats to ensure freshness.
We left this project in 2006 to concentrate on the rest of the site, with the help of our UK friends we started back on it in Nov 2015, we are nearing completion of the exterior now. Whilst the finishing touches are being put on the stain work the next big step will be erecting the masts which will hold the solar panels. This part will be challenging and require a lot of hard work and effort, but will be well worth it once erected.
We are also working on the interior at the same time and it will not be long before it is finished and ready for fitting.
